Spyderco deep carry clip

I did a search but did not find. If it's been addressed before please point me in the right direction and apologies for duplication of thread.

Why does Spyderco not offer replacement deep carry pocket clips for their knives? I am aware that aftermarkets are available but...... Other major knife manufacturers will provide them to you just for the asking.

I've seen them on knives in the Spyderco sub-forum, so somebody out there makes them. Pretty sure it's not Spyderco, though.

This comes up on the Spyderco forum once in a while.
I got the impression they just didn't want to add a pocket clip division to their business.

I also read that Sal knows that there are several folks who created small businesses for themselves by creating deep carry clips and he didn't want to take anything away from them. Very admirable.
