Spyderco Delica 4 vs Polestar vs PM3

I got my son a Delica 4, FFG. The knife is a great little slicer. But for my large/x-large hands, it is a bit too little. Not in blade length, which is perfect for EDC, but in handle dimensions. I also kinda hate FRN-unless say, on the Salt knives.
I did pick up a Polestar. But to me, this is out of the Delica class and into a heavier-use class, a la the Tenatious/Persistence knives. I had both of those, and just never cared for the ergos. The Polestar fits my hand far better than either of the two other value-oriented Spydies, has a better (slightly, I guess) blade steel, and nicer handle scales. For camping and yard-work, I think it will be just the ticket.
For EDC, I'm thinking of picking up the PM3. I like the compression lock, and like the beefier construction of the PM2. I had both a Sage 1 and a Sage 3, and liked them more than the Delicas I had, but they were just a teensie bit too small for me, and I preferred the Delica blade shape to the leaf shape of the Sage knives. I am OK with the PM2 blade thickness and length, but the handle is too long for my taste, and doesn't feel as comfortable as I expected it to. I've had two PM2s thinking I'd like them, and I let both go. I really wanted to love the PM2, but I just couldn't. I am hopeing the PM3 will do the trick.
