Spyderco Delica new handle

Hi guys.
Sorry it took me so long to show anything new, but after the first prototype I decided I needed a new belt grinder as the old one was just too slow and weak.
So I built a new beltginder and the knife scales.

They are not done yet, but I wanted to show you at least some progress.

It was really difficult to get G10 in the desired thickness, so I had to mill a thicker plate down a little.
One other thing I learned so far is that it is a bad idea to glue the g10 to the steel plate.
During the belt grinding the steel got so hot that the inner layer of the g10 was damaged.
But as I dont want to go through all the milling g10 process again, I´ll just leave it as it is right now.
Another thing that I just realized when it was too late was that the screwheads on the delica aren´t the same size on each side of the handle.
So now the screwheads are sliding through the drilled holes on one side and I have to get new ones with bigger heads.

Does anyone of you know what size the used screws are? I´m talking about the threads.
I live in Europe, so I´m not used to imperial measurement systems.

I hope you like it so far, and thanks for your help!

Alright, more or less done!
The only thing missing are the new screws, thats why there are washers on the one side.
Other than that it´s done
