Spyderco Delica vs. Persistence (Kershaw Skyline?)

This may come as a surprise to most but I actually prefer the Kershaw Skyline out of all of these knives. I've had a couple different versions and I carry a blackwash Skyline currently. Love it. Great knife. I feel like the Delica blade looks too weird with a flat, straight spine and the cutting edge is too short for the size handle. Just me.

I agree with the crowd that none of them are what I'd want for self defense. For everything else, Delica all the way. I have the stainless steel handled model and even with the added weight, I still forget I'm carrying it. Great knife, a Spyderco classic.

Hope you like the Delica. It is one of my favorites. For self defense, the Delica is not the right knife. I don't choose a knife for self defense which is fairly obvious when I carry a SAK everyday and rotate other knives as a second. Currently those are the Cold Steel Tuff Lite, Delica, ZT 0770CF, or a GEC #42 slipjoint. I like this ZT as it is just about the same size as the Delica and I guess for self defense purposes, it would be a reasonable choice.
