Both Spydercos are used, although it's impossible to tell that the Chokwe has ever been out of the box. I bought it used, however, so I can't claim it's new. The millie is used and has some light scratches from sharpening by the previous owner. Lockup is solid. I drilled and tapped the G-10 and moved the clip for tip up. You can easily switch it back, or put some epoxy in the holes and make it permanent. Chokwe is sold.
