Spyderco domino

Stick with the Southard. Possibly one of the best knives Spyderco has ever made ( and I m a big PM2 fan ). :)
Big fan of both the Southard and the PM2 and have both.

My Southard is incredibly smooth and flips like nobodys business.

i sent spyderco an email about this. but i dont know if its worth going trough the hassle. being in canada the minimum wait time is over a month.

I'd say it's worth a trip for a quick tune up. I sent my Domino in a few months ago and it came back perfect.

Ya it will cost a bit (25 I think) and the wait shouldn't be too bad since you have other knives in the mean time.

You are right, i am going to send it in. But i coupdnt help myself and buy a lionsteel SR1 i saw on sale he he. Itll help me wait :)

The thin washers need to be replaced. If the original owner kept the pivot too tight he caved in the washers. The washers that Spyderco uses are too thin, the advocate has the same problem but worse. They also take a little time to break in. The Domino is a much better flicker than a flipper. I ground off the flipper on one of mine and it's a great EDC without the flipper. It has become one of my favorites.
