SOLD - Elmax mule with two sets of scales - $130 SOLD
PayPal goods only, US sale preferred. Reasonable offers and trades for folders (especially a spyderco military) considered.
This mule is in excellent condition except for some scratches on the blade and tang. I bought it as a shop knife but don't use it enough to warrant keeping it. Hasn't been truly sharpened, only lightly touched up with a slotted paper wheel.
The installed set of scales are natural paper micarta. I made these for my own use, so they were a quick and dirty set. No real effort to make them look pretty, purely built for function. They are very comfortable in hand which is all I was going for. Could be polished up easily enough if you want to do that.
The extra set is a blue glow kryptoglow mold of Rival scales. They glow bright and afford a solid grip, but they don't sit perfectly flat against the tang. Could be flattened with sandpaper maybe or glued to a liner. I started flattening them but stopped because I didnt like the style enough to bother. There are also some small voids throughout where the plastic must have had bubbles.
Box and papers included.
Thanks for looking.
