Thanks STR for the idea;)

Just looked at the way they did it. put my mechpro gloves on(steel slivers hurt) and started cutting freehand. Big brown thin cutting wheel and tungsten carbide cutting bit. I don't like how spyderco takes off so much blade on thier production endura 4 wave. it doesn't even look like the same knife.I just folded it and put it in my pocket and looked where to cut to get it. next time I'll try to take off even less.

Great job Blackdeath. I was considering doing the same with a serrated Endura 4 in FRN.

Do it dude!!! I didn't really want to dig into this knife because I had never done it before. And for me they are hard to find. it's an old aus6 seki japan. And I love it. all I can find are the new style ones. plus it's an awesome knife and I didn't want to mess it up. I practiced on an old cold steel voyager. That turned out perfect. I took way less metal off on the voyager. You hardly have to take much off, all you need is alittle something to grab the pocket. you can do it to any knife that has blade exposed when closed. so almost any knife. I mean the voyager I did it to was the large tanto, and it works as good as this spidie and they both work better than the cqc-7. I'll post the pics of the voyager too.

I waved and jimped one about two weeks ago, but i cut completely through the hole, for a longer purchase for the wave.

Any idea how long that type of wave would take using Sandpaper wrapped around a thin tube? I'm tempted to try it on my FRN E3, since I've never gotten to try out a Wave.

Don't you guys get over anything? I apolagised like 2o times, and I was kidding anyway. I have lots of useful information I like to share with people. I'm really a very good guy. Can't you just let it go?

Plus I have atleast 20 accounts and even then I can just keep opening new ones. and on top of that I have 1 regular and 2 laptop computers, so you efforts are kinda fruitless. I'm sorry ,can't we just forget about the whole thing. Please. Really I apolagise.

Wrong thread?

Or why don't we let the other users vote or something, and let me tell my side of the story. I didn't take anything from any pawnshop. I just said that cuz the other users where kind of making fun of me. And by the way, the knife they where trying to sell for 200$ was a 20$ walther P99 combat knife. it kind of looks like the af dagger. the just sanded of the markings except for the engraved 440SS on the tang. But anyway I'm sorry just let me back on please.

Well, thanks for the idea and pics re: waving an existing blade, I'll try it on a spare tip up (police is tip down :/ ).

I'm going to bail on this thread as I don't need whatever drama is going on.

Hey Coug, a Bladeforums.com Banning Service truck would be pretty cool. Maybe a trash truck or someting. You seem to be busy taking out the trash lately.

Actually KV photoshopped up a trash removal truck or something like that and I've used it a few times. I like the newt walking the plank better though:

That's nice work.
There is not a lot of blade left for strength, though.
