I am not up on the hottest offerings from Spyderco although I've been a fan for years. I work a warehouse job and need a new knife. The Delica is a little big. I have an old Salsa that is just right, but the wide blade gives people the jitters.

Any suggestions?

Get a Lava or even a Criket, r if you want something rugged get a Tsman Salt.

I work sometimes in my warehouse for my distributor business and I found the Military work the best for me.

My favorite small Spyderco is the Dragonfly. The SS etched version with VG-10 is very nice. Check one out.

+1 on Dragonfly, also G10 version is coming out this year.
Caly Jr another candidate. Black FRN/ZDP189

white FRN dragonfly. the white scales won't freak anyone out. or the orange ladybug.

As a fellow warehouse monkey I have to say that the Delica is just about perfect for me. But since you said the Delica was a bit big for you I'll have to add another vote for the Dragonfly. That little flat ground blade will surprise you with how easily it glides through cardboard. I haven't handled a Lava but I imagine it would do just as well or better than the Dragonfly. Then you'd probably have the same issue with people getting freaked out about the wide blade though.

I occasionally have people comment on my Delica. Depending on the comment and the person making it I either just roll my eyes or take the time to explain that a good lock back is much safer to carry and use than the stupid little razor blade box cutters that the company hands out.

I'm a warehouse operator, & for the past 2 years my pe cricket has been with me ever since!!! The recurved blade just slices right through those plastic straps! I have been looking for a new spydie to replace my cricket, just got a se cricket!!

My Dragonfly in SE has been impressing me for a while now, & I've never been an SE fan. Chews through zip ties and strapping like a little chainsaw & eats cardboard for breakfast. Tough to beat for a little knife.
