Feels lighter than it looks due to the great balance.

I dunno, have to wait and see what it does. :)
 
looks wicked with that FFG! I must say though, that for a knife of it's size, I felt it needed some thickness to the handle.
 
Farid, get well soon!! Very happy for you and your collaboration with Spyderco. I normally won't buy/carry tip down but I miss my custom K2 and will definitely pick one of these up. Cheers.

Your thoughts on how it carries?

Weight seems fine but what about pocket space and tip up carry (seems tip down only)?

Ease of sharpening?

I think it'll be a good weekend knife for me.

Haven't carried it yet, still in the testing process, but it wasn't bad at all to sharpen to a hair whittling edge, the factory edge geometry is very close to 15 DPS so that will help.
 
Great pictures Jim. They really show off the elegant and uncluttered design plus the seemingly excellent fit & finish which we've accustomed to from the Taichung plant.
 
I gotta say, I wasn't interested in this when I first saw it. And still, unless something big happens, its out of my price range.

But darn does that look like it'll be an awesome knife!
