Spyderco/Farid K2

I have made only a very few tip up, it is a large blade and I felt the 'D' tent would have to be very 'strong' to hold the blade in safely when inside a pocket, also if I made the spring stronger in order to have a stronger 'D' tent the lock would not function the way I feel it should, there are more than just one thing to consider. You take care. Farid
Thanks for the explanation. I also hope you can devise a way to provide for a tip up clip option on the smaller version.

Need some comparison picssss

could I bother anyone to throw up a picture of one of these next to a Military?

Sodak, I don't see it as having a up swept tip. Just looking at it. What gives it that elusion is Spyderco traditional hole in the blade. That creates a need for a hump. If you removed most of this hump, straightening the spine it would become almost a trailing point. Giving it a very different look. DM
I see what you are saying David, thanks. I think you're right. This knife has gotten my attention!

Farid, will the smaller blade be in 10V as well? I like this knife, but I gravitate toward smaller folders personally.

Hello, I can not release any specs on the small custom or small Spyderco K2 (if there is going to be a small Spyderco version), Lets just enjoy this version for now.
Thanks. F

Big knife, handled it at the Amsterdam meet.
Loved it, great pics.
Nice to see it next to a Military.

I'm glad to see the lockup on others are the same as mine, I thought one with 50%+ lockup might have been a fluke or something. I've wanted this knife ever since I saw the pictures.
