I was at the Victorinox store today, and I was looking at a nifty Spyderco fixed blade that I had never seen before. It had a relatively short blade, that looked about right as a bird and small game knife. One feature that reall set it apart was a folding blade cover (it folds into the handle when not in use). It was a Seki City produced knife, I believe in s30v (I could be mistaken on that). I am considering buying it. Does anybody have any idea what model I looked at?

That would be the Vagabond. They're out of production now but they can still be found for very good prices. I've been wanting to try one out myself but I have a lot more wants than my paycheck can satisfy so it keeps getting pushed back.

Be advised that the steel is NOT S30V. I believe it is AUS-6. It is an interesting concept anyway.
