Purchased these both in BNIB condition from the forum, neither of them really clicked with me, so now they're returning to the forum. It's the cycle of life! Prices include PayPal fees and shipping,

I used this knife to process apples in exceptionally cold weather, which gave the blade a great patina and made me realize the Gayle Bradley is not a great knife to use while wearing gloves. I lightly touched up the edge with a Sharpmaker to fix a small burr & switched the pocket clip to the left hand side. Overall the knife is a great example of a Taichung Spyderco- lockup is solid, blade flips out exceptionally smoothly with zero play. If it weren't for the gloves issue, I'd keep it in a heartbeat. Box and papers included. Please note that the patina is somewhat heavier in person- I'll update the pictures tomorrow.

I like slim and lightweight knives, but as it turns out, the 531 is a little too slim for my long, bony fingers. Action was exceptionally gritty even after several minutes of playing with the axis lock, so I disassembled the knife, stripping the pivot screw in the process, polished the liners and washers, got a replacement pivot screw from Benchmade, and put the whole thing back together. The edge bevels were wonky from the factory so I spent some time touching them up. The axis lock flips about as well as any 530 or 531 I've handled, but the blade will not fall free without loosening the pivot screw, mostly due to how light the blade is. Box and papers included.
