So I've been tickled pink with this knife from size, to weight to it having a wharnie blade. I have been trying for well over a year to trade into one with no luck and finally said screw last night and gave into a BF member's to sell one after he dropped the price on it a tad. So Air owners would love to see some pics if you got them! Just a little icing before the cake arrives in the mail for me!

Where did the blue twill come from? Great video I didn't see that one prior!

I've never owner a knife with a titanium liner lock.

For those of you who have one, how does the titanium liner lock hold up over time?

I've had Ti locks from CRK, Kizer, Benchmade, Spyderco. None have ever failed, I just got the CRK though, so I haven't had much chance to use it. I don't abuse knives and if it worries you there are plenty of models with a SS insert on the lockbar! The Domino is fantastic I sold mine and regret it. I regret selling the Kizer too.

If I don't like the silver in real life I'm going to RIT Dye it for sure! It's a great look! Does it fade?

Here's my Air, swimming in the more gentlemanly part of my collection:

The Air is a fantastic knife. For me, the Dragonfly inspires more confidence in hand... but the Air's blade shape and it's ability to disappear in slacks make it my most-carried gentleman's knife right now, especially in an office or more formal environment. So far, I've had no sharpening needed after 3 months of ownership and admittedly very light use - not a surprise, but still it's impressive.

Have fun!

Quick tease picture for ya! I'll email you with tracking info on your new Air within the hour.

As is the silver twill looks good but I wanted some color. The scales on my Air took the RIT dye color great and remained translucent if you hold a light to them.
And no I've never had RIT dyed scales fade.

Mine is being sharpened by Jason B. at the moment.
I'll post a pic when I get her back.
I plan to gift her to my father for part of his birthday gift.
Its a great little knife.

I like that ultra btw very cool. I hear stories of ppl ccw'ing their full size 1911 and I just can't picture it lol. I think I'm going to RIT dye it!

Joining the fun with an old photo. I carry my Air everyday, it's dedicated to food separation/peeling tasks.

I just ordered an Air myself and should have it by the weekend. As hard as it is, I am forced to admit that I cannot always carry my Des Horn and I have to sometimes carry something without a clip. I thought forever that I wouldn't get an Air because it didn't have a clip, and now that's exactly why I am buying one. Funny how things work.
