Spyderco GB Air owners show me your knives!

Always liked these. Would love a Spyderco flipper with similar low profile. Hopefully one of the Amsterdam knives will be "the knife."

Yeah, I agree with Brock O Lee, this one needs to go in the "Perfect Pair..." thread!

...just when I was starting to think I'm all set on attaining anymore Spydercos for now, this thread comes along and is starting to convince me I need another, lol!

The little pocket scalpel arrived. I'm very happy with the way it carries, its blade is thin like a traditional slipjoint, even lighter than the half whittler pictured. The design of the notch was well thought out as well. I can see how if you have really chubby fingers it could be a problem to open. But in any case I'm glad that I have a little EDC that I can rotate around and not worry too much about using it in public. I worked it a little on the sharpmaker and then stropped on leather, it's shaving hair, cutting newspaper really smoothly.

I just got mine too! No pics though... sorry. But I will say that I am impressed with little features on this knife, like the ever-so-slightly proud liners, the stop pin built into the blade with milled grooves in the titanium for travel, and the primary release (with the jimping on the bar and the small internal cutout). This is a seriously thought-out little blade, and will definitely get a lot of carry and use.

M4 in a blade that thin with a 30 degree inclusive bevel or finer should be sharp enough to make feather sticks out of hair. :) I love M4 and look forward to working with the blade on the Air.

It's nasty sharp, just perfect for regular everyday edc stuff. I'm thinking of getting a spyderco centofante next.

Which one?
I used to have the entire lineup but these are my remaining Centofante's. He had quite a few.

I havmt decided between the memory and the 3, the alternative is I have been trying to find an original gent lock back as well for a not too crazy price!

I think I will try to dye the scales blue twill after all! Barman do you carry the centofante's often? How do you like them compared to the Delica? I'm really digging the wharncliffe on the Spyderco Air! I needed to carve out a little hold in the cardboard box that my garbage bags come in this past weekend and the wharncliffe shape is just perfect for precise cutting!

I carry the C50 and the Memory on occasion but they see very little use.
I had a large Centofante collection going at one point so I was keeping them in good condition.

Lots of great photos here, how are you guys carrying your Air?

Here is my method, Fallkniven DC3 sheath. :P
