FYI. I believe it's currently legal to sell shares over the internet. Yakima Brewing did this about two years ago to raise capital.
However the SEC is looking into this and it may not be allowed in the future. It's probably taking money out of someone's pocket.

Endre - Sorry. Probably not. When selling shares, one is not permitted to "select" one's buyers. Couldn't be sure they were all the "Right People". Put the "wrong" people in power and the changes necessary to make it a viable profit center would in fact change the quality of the product and the attitude about crew. We'll get our money the hard way.
