I had a Merlin in the 90s and the logo on the handle said delica 2. I think it was an early production one so they mixed and matched. That was in the mid-late 90s and my mom worked there in Golden. I've been a spyderco lover ever since. Though all the knives I've had over my life I've lost because life had other plans for me like homelessness off and on for most my adult life. I still love Spyderco but window shopping is usually the most I do currently.

Just checked & the FRN scale on my Merlin is imprinted with the words "Merlin Clipit" on it.
