I also think I remember a civilian in one of the John Grisham movies, I think it was "The Client", but I'm not a 100% sure as its been a while.

The first time I saw a Spyderco was in an old SF movie named "Screamers". It was a Delica SS SE, and the futuristic look of the knife made me think it's something specially designed for the movie. And I congratulated in my mind the props manager for his inspired choice

Yup, he uses that thing all the time; probably the best knife for the job. I think the bigger guy has a spyderco as well.

I remember the bad guy (Imotep in "The Mummy") had a fully serrated version of some Spyderco in one of those Jean Claude Van Dam movies. The one where they hunt convicts for sport. "Hard Target" maybe??

I just happened to be watching "Hard Target" last night (don't judge me ...) and the knife is seen twice in the movie, once at the beginning and once near the end. It's used whenever they cut the money belt off one of the targets. Definitely a stainless Police.

I think there's a scene in the superhero movies, where the bad guy throws a few knives which look like spyderco's cricket.
