Up for grabs is a Spyderco Itamae Nakiri in SuperBlue/SUS 410. I picked this up during this year’s Black Friday sales and used it a few times in the kitchen, but it’s not for me. The SuperBlue edge is showing a patina and there are some marks on the soft SUS 410 from my knife block. The edge is good and has been stropped but not sharpened. Comes with original box/paperwork.
