7" Santoku style blade, MBS-26 steel, Made in Japan
Got it as a Christmas gift, cut some vegies on wooden board, washed, wiped off and put it on the shelf.
Not my size/geometry/style. I so much used to German chefs with 8-10" blades. You might like it better though.
Factory edge, news paper sharp. Overall condition is close to brand new. Box, papers.
MSRP is $102, Street - $86.70, I'm asking - $old
