Not wild on combo edge or frn knives. I like multiples, used classics I can refurb, titanium frame locks, rare or discontinued models, offer up anything that folds and is of similar value. Would love a Barong, ti millie, bm800, 750, anything cool.

This is a rare Ed Schempp design discontinued by Spyderco. Its been used and modded some. The scales are polished blue g10 and the liners have been givin a gleem as well. Operation is perfect, as are the centering, lock up, and action on the knife. Only flaws are cosmetic. There are some use marks on the blade and clip as I've been carrying and using the knife. Its been sharpened well on a sharp maker and stropped on my jeans.

Paid for this knife on 7-6-12. Haven't heard from the seller since. No knife, no answering of emails, and worse yet... I couldn't do a chargeback on the money sent as he had me pay with a paypal gift. Any ideas?
 
Call paypal and explain the situation, they are pretty helpful in my experience. Just because it is a gift does not necessarily mean you can't do a chargeback.
 
Unfortunately the only way to dispute a "gift" is to say you don't recognize the transaction at all. Since I knew what it was, that option wasn't available to me. I did try to dispute and Paypal wouldn't accept it. And that's why I won't do paypal gift payments for merchandise anymore.
