Spyderco Ladybug in Costa Rica? Will Customs be a Problem?

Am leaving in about 2 hours to go to Costa Rica for a week vacation on the beach to do some sufting/diving/snorkeling, and wanted to bring my H1 Ladybug, But does anyone know if customs will confiscate my knife on the way there/back?
 
haven't been to costa rica but nicaragua is right next to it and I have been there 4 times already. Last time I had a big folder and a bigger fixed in the checked luggage with no problem going thru nicaraguan customs.
 
I took 2 large folders to Costa Rica in 2005 with no problems. I don't remember exactly which 2, but 2 between a Benchmade Stryker, Emerson Commander, spyderco Rookie, Standard, or Merlin. Most likely the Standard and Rookie
