Like new with pouch, tool, and paperwork. Received new about a week ago. The pivot was adjusted to preference, paper cut tested once, and carried twice for a couple of hours. It's just not for me. Never sharpened or touched up (has factory edge). Lock-up is solid with no play in any direction. Blade is pristine and centered when closed. Deployment is very smooth. It can pass as new.
