Spyderco Military BG-42: Who knew?

DANBO, on the subject of Vanadium chemistry in CPM 154 you were very emphatic with your statement “no Vanadium” with large caps. I just want to correct the record. Your information is not correct. There is Vanadium in CPM 154, not as much as in BG42 -and it is there for a different reason- but it is there. As I stated previously the exact amount is proprietary. PHIL
 
The first post I made in reference to Vanadium being in CPM154 was from early in the production, as that's what I was told. The recent information is that only the first batch had a little Vanadium, and the current production contains no Vanadium. If the stuff being made now does contain Vanadium, it's not listed on any spec sheet I've seen.
