Spyderco mock up?

hey guys i was loooking at the canadian home depot website and i came along this knife which it seems to be a spyderco mockup but they call themselves Sheffield knives?

Anyone know about this?

hmm, i'd say it looks different enough to not copy any spyderco directly. the hole isn't perfectly round etc. so i think they are in the clear.. its just not anywhere near a spyderco in quality

I thought the same thing when I saw the Benchmade Pika. Does that have a relationship to Spyderco?

The only relationship a Pika has with Spyderco is that it was designed after a Spyderco (you figure out which one)
Oh no, it was inspired by the Ascent and AFCK - which were not inspired by Spyderco... or were they?
