This is a "second", with a factory blemish. The blemish is a small notch on the spine on the right side. You can see it in detail in the closeups. The other thing that might be considered a blemish is that in the stamping, it's not all etched darker. The stamping itself is all there, just that some of the letters don't have the darkened etch in them so from a distance it looks like the stamp isn't full. But you can see in the closeups it's all there. Maybe you can Flitz polish the stamped areas to make all of it unetched if you want everything to be consistent. None of the blemish will affect the function.
Scales are the Halperin made ones that are contoured along the edges so it's more rounded and comfortable in the hand.
The s90v Mules are very hard to get now. I have not used or carried this.
