An awesome piece of Spyderco history for you! Everyone knows the quintessential, classic, cornerstone that is the Spydero Native! So many different variations through the years (blade steels, handle materials, forum knives, ect) This one for you here is the Native III (I believe) with the 440V blade! My best understanding is that 440V is an equivalent to S60V. I think this version was produced in the early 2000's. This one looks like it has never been used or carried (it sure has not by me thats for sure). Maybe a little rub on the tip of the pocket clip that I would think is from sliding around in the white box. Yup, this is also the previous Spyderco package from before the iconic red and black boxes we all know and love.
