If the lockup is solid in all directions and the pocket clip, screws and screw holes are in good shape, I'll take it. I'm assuming there's nothing wrong with it from your description, aside from scratches. When would you be able to ship if I sent funds tonight?

Yes, lock up is solid in all directions. Everything is in good shape. Like I noted, a few scuffs on the blade, but you have to look really close to see them.
