The July 2014 issue of Spyderco Byte has the Spyderco Native5 Carbon Fiber CPM 110V (C41CFP5) as coming in August 2014!

I don't have a preorder but really looking forward to getting one if luck would have it.

I'm guessing about 3.5 ounces.

That would be amazing. The fit and finish on the non-s110v was insane. And the thin handles that don't scratch up everything in your pocket.. now with s110v. I need this in my life.
 
If the G10 runs $120-140 online, Carbon w/ better blade will likely be another what $25-50
 
I've been waiting for this one for a while. I really hope I can get my hands on one.
 
I think its real full carbon fiber handles and not just a peel ply top layer, so expect over 200 street price I'm thinking.
