Spyderco newbie...Thumb Hole?

If I were to open a folder in an extreme situation, I would want a Spyderhole and nothing else.

I wouldn't want to use a flipper when I'm under water for an example.
 
I believe if you practice with thumb stud, flipper, spyder hole they are pretty much equivalent in speed, BUT I do believe once you get comfortable with the spyder hole I feel it's most natural/comfortable. Much quicker to jam your thumb in and spring it out and quicker to your grip vs. a flipper forcing you to use your index finger.
 
it took me a very long time to flick it out properly, but now in the long run i realy like the thumb hole,
