I have a ayoob plain edge with the number 692 on the blade.
What can you tell me about how Spyderco numbers there knives.

Do they number all there knives up to 999 or just some of there knives?

Custom Collaborations like the Ayoob are numbered 1 to 1000.

In-house models are numbered 1 to 200 for the Collectors Club.

Some "Sprint Runs" are also numbered.

I had a Lum tanto BT that was numbered 60V. What does that mean?

60 is a collectors # and V stands for Variant(SP ?).That means there was something differant about it from the production knife.

I shoulda never traded it :(
