Emerson CQC-13 with kydex wave sheath. Sheath deploys blade with wave feature when drawn. It's kydex with a tek-lok. Knife has some finish wear but is in overall good shape. As you can see, there is some smoothing of the G10 on the left scale and I'm not positive but there looks like there might have been something written there in paint that was scrubbed off. I took this in trade and I'm not really into Emersons, so I'm selling to recoup my investment. It has a box for a CQC13 but I'm not sure it's correct for this model.$160
