I bought this new. It has been carried, used, and sharpened. Some marks on blade and clip normal for a user knife. I keep the pivot loose so it can be easily flicked open, for a back lock, which gives a little side to side play and slightly off center blade (not rubbing). It could be tightened up quite a bit. Comes box. Price: $old
