Spyderco Para 2 as EDDC

I'll also recommend the Tasman or Lil'Matriarch for small sized and ultra light folders that cut way above their category

a reverse S or Hawkbill, specially with Spyderco's serrated pattern, will tear and cut deeply and aggressively.
They can be waved or de-waved easily with an ugly but effective mod

If you are going that route, what about the Spyderco Yojimbo 2 or Blackhawk Be-Wharned? Or even a Tasman Salt 2?
Legitimate alternatives. How does H1 compare to VG10 in terms of strength and toughness? I know H1 leads in corrosion resistance, but that's lower on my list of priorities for an SD piece.

I've got the Matriarch (non-wave) arriving this week too. The Tas looks great; I suppose if someone makes the case for H1 over VG10, I'll reconsider it to the Matriarch but I think both will more than adequately do the trick.

In comparing the PM 2 in Black DLC and satin, I really like the satin. Maybe it's because I have the Military in satin, but for some reason, I just like the look better. The action is slightly, although noticeably easier too (clearly a tiny bit less resistance without the DLC, and definitely not enough to be a negative). I'd planned to like the DLC better.

One of the clip screws is stripped on the Black so I need to replace it. What's the best way to get the new screws- directly from Spyderco? I also want to order a black clip for the satin PM 2.
