Knife has been used and carried. Still has tons of life in it. I've sharpened it twice and it's shaving sharp. This is a newer model that has the black liners, yet still has CPM-S30V. I bought this knife 4 months ago brand new. I have too many knives, and I don't need any more Para 3's. 
Black G10 handles, black liners, black CPM-S30V blade, black clip, black screws (all factory, never disassembled).
Comes in factory box with plastic bag and pamphlet.
