This is a back-up for my edc Para2. Well, I bought a S90v so I really don't need this one. I've never used it, even to cut paper. I switched the clip to tip up, other than that it's LNIB. The blade is a hair off center, locks up good and tight, easy to release- doesn't bind. Mfg. in July 2010.
