Just received this brand new from Knife Center (1/11/2016 as seen in screen shot of shipping receipt)
Super smooth, swings free when compression lock is pressed.
Everything on this knife is like new (factory edge with only a few paper cutting tests)
Came new with the blade slightly favoring the clip side.
