I've done a reverse image search on the ebay photo.
They even used the same picture of the site where this model sells for 33$ ...

I think it is a very good fake. To bad, I really wanted a carbon fiber spyderco knife. I guess I should have done more research. I only bought a few things off ebay. I guess this is what I get for an impulse buy. Now I am forever scared of buy any knives off the internet.
