Never carried, used or sharpened. Knife is slightly off center, not rubbing. It has some light scratches on the blade, otherwise it's brand new. There must have been something on my microfiber cloth when I wiped the blade down, otherwise I have no idea how it got scratched. It wasn't like that when I received it.
