can you possibly check some of your stock of pm2's for side to side blade play, i love the pm2 but they have seamed to had a small lapse in cc and the one i have has always had a small amount of side to side wiggle.

We haven't experienced the "small lapse in qc" that you mentioned. I just checked a bunch of PM2's we have in stock and they all seem GTG! Have you tried giving a call to Spyderco about the blade play?

No Im one of the people who takes apart almost every knife they get to polish washers and fluff and buff the action and so on and so forth so I never bothered since my warrenty has been voided

That might be where your blade play is coming from. When you "polish, fluff and buff actions" you're removing small amounts of material which will reduce tolerances which could cause locks and pivots to be looser. I'm not saying it is, just saying that it might. I know I have gone a little overboard buffing AK bolts and blades before.

Yes I was aware of that but mine had play straight out of the box I removed a small amount of it by removing the burr from the drilled pocket Clip holes but the bushing shoulders are just not tight enough
