It's there, it's only the angle the photo was taken from that diminishes the view.

Well, I guess I'm good at procrastinating. I had meant to shoot other angles for better examination and just now found the time to do it.
Meanwhile, this knife has been a part of my EDC rotation ever since I got it.
Here's a better look at the jimping on the thumb ramp.

Thanks. I showed mine to a friend that was a survival instructor (S.E.R.E.) in the military and he fell in love with it. He said he was mad at me for showing him such a knife as he now wants one. OOPS!
