Never actually used. Tested in the kitchen a couple times, and then cleaned right away. In my mind it would be by my side as my only blade as I enjoyed some wine and bread dipped in oil and vinegar, like a true Sardinian, looking over my olive orchard. Alas, it's just delivery pizza and boxed wine for me. It's a beautiful knife, I just need to thin my collection. In excellent condition. Please see the pics, and let me know if you have questions. I don't know where the original box is, I will ship in a PM2 S110V box if you'd like.
