Spyderco persistence blade upgarde?

Was wondering if anyone knew anybody that would copy a blade design and put it in the original knife? I have the spydeco persistence and love the design so much i would like to upgrade the steel of the blade. My question is will anyone do it or can it even be done?

It can be done, however most knifemakers prefer to use their own designs. Might try in the maintenance forum, STR forum (in the individual knifemakers forums). At least let us know what steel you would like to upgrade to, as makers tend to keep to specific steels they feel comfortable with.
