Spyderco Pikal with original set of grips with wire pocket clip and extra set of custom grips with a more "standard" type of clip. Right now it has an original clip on one side and a custom on the other and it feels really good that way, too. 
As far as I can tell, the original owner did not touch the edge up, i.e., it should still be the factory edge on it and it's sharp and very pointy.
Looking for a BM 552, Ritter RSK Mk1, I believe that is the proper nomenclature for the knife. Really prefer plain edge. It's OK if it's been carried as long as it has not been abused and if it has been resharpened, that would be OK as long as you knew what you were doing when you did it!
