As per the title I have one of the new releases from a couple of weeks ago. These are better than the first runs by leaps and bounds. This one has dead on centering, excellent detent, and I have opened it only once to verify the rock solid lockup. To me, and I have over (40+) Spydercos in my collection is a perfect specimen. Hasn't touched paper or anything.
