Hello,

I have a ZT0350 in M390 steel. I have this knife for quite a while and used to use it when hiking.
The M390 is my perfect steel. It is easy to sharpen for me, hold an edge very good for what I use it for and the corrosion resistance is fine.

Because I don't hike much anymore I am thinking to replace it by something lighter.

I already have a PM2 with a standard black S30 blade, and I am interested in the new bladehq M4 exclusive or the s110v.

I will use it for EDC and for some like use in the woods.

Which one would you recommend?

If you didn't get the BHQ Jade/M4 yesterday, good luck finding one at anything resembling a reasonable price now. For what they'll be going for on the secondary market, might as well wait for the upcoming KW CF/M4 and try for one of those. You'll likely pay less.

On that note, the s110v model is pretty great, cheaper, and stainless. That'd be my recommendation.

^^ Yup!
They're on the bay already for crazy prices. Saw one listed at $500. I'd forget that one.
The blurple Para 2 is an excellent choice!

The S110V should suit your needs. And the PM2 is lighter than the 350, and the compression lock is actually quite a bit sturdier than liner lock on the 350, so you are really getting the best of both worlds.

I think S110V is better for EDC than M4. I have an S110V and also an S30V and I carry and use them both. For my light use I don't notice any difference so if you already have the S30V there is less reason to buy a new one. I also have the M4 version on order. I have a Manix 2 in M4 and use it mostly as a work knife.
