JE Made Swayback. This one came with a spare set of hardware, but I used them. I accidentally stripped the original body screws with a crappy T8 bit. It was so bad that I had to drill them out. I marred up the scales near the screw holes doing so. The knife functions perfectly now. Blade is M390. There is still a spare pivot.
