I have for sale today an excellent example of a Sage 2. It has been carried but you could hardly tell it. There are a few VERY light snail trails (so light i'd barely even classify them as that) on the scales, and a small mark under the clip which is typical of this knife. NO scratches into the scales. Maybe two or three rubs on the blade that can only be seen in certain light at a certain angle. Overall the knife is in excellent condition. It is smooth as butter, with an extremely strong and solid lockup. I made 3 passes per side on extrafine ceramics, and stropped it til very sharp. Centering is nearly perfect as well. You can buy with confidence as this is the best example of a sage 2 that I have ever come across. It functions perfectly. It will come in a spyderco box (except for a para 2 as i accidently sent the sage box with the para 2). I just cant describe enough how smooth and solid this thing is. You wont be disappointed. I would keep it, but i really have an itch for an extreme duty pen.
