I am getting rid of most of my remaining Spyderco's......had a ton at one time. Postal Money Order or bank cashiers check are the preferred methods of payment. These first two catcherman are AUS-8 with black FRN scales. Both have been lightly used and have some light signs of tarnish on the blade. No boxes. The fully serrated ones are a bit harder to come by than the plain/serrated versions. $65 shipped each or both for $115 shipped ON HOLD.
Next Catcherman is in the MBS-26 steel....which is much harder to find. This blade is thinner and much more flexible than the AUS-8 version. The only Catcherman I am keeping is a MBS-26 version (it stays in my tackle box). This is the best catcherman to date IMO, much better performance than the new H1's or the original AUS-8's. Brand new with original box.....$125 SPF shipped.
Next Catcherman is the original yellow AUS-8 version. New with original old box.....$110 shipped.
Last Catcherman is super rare!!! It is from the very first run of Catcherman's, yellow, with a numbered serrated blade. Very few of these were numbered, I used to know how many but forgot...100 maybe? This one is 037. It even comes with the original hand numbered box........I have never seen another one like it. Brand new condition in a slightly beat up box.......$175 shipped.
This next one is also a rare one. I made it a top priority several years ago to buy any Spyderco Herbst made in Solingen Germany I could find. I am now down to two....letting this one go. Very few of these made it past quality control and into the states without being marked defective. This is the smoothest opening Spyderco ever made, hands down. 440C P/S blade, titanium scales. Feels like opening a Sebenza. Light scratches on the Titanium and clip....blade looks perfect, no signs of use, partial Solingen Germany stamp which was on a couple of mine. I'll include a spyderco box but it isn't the original. This Herbst is serial numbered 898. .........$250 $225 shipped.
