Spyderco Salsa Sharpening?

I can't seem to get my partially serrated Spyderco Salsa (AUS-8 steel) sharp, at least by my expectations. Returned to Spyderco and it came back "factory" sharp which doesn't seem to work for me. Tried several methods on my own and I'm afraid I'm just making a mess of the blade.

Rather than continue to make things worse and waste time, I'm wondering if there is someplace I can send for sharpening service?

Alternatively, I'd be open to same size and form factor replacement in the under $100 price range. Recommendations?

Thanks,
Bob

I got a few knives back from richardj recently and he's a good man. I'm not positive he does serrations but i'm pretty sure he could sharpen anything.

Thanks for the recommendation. Unfortunately (and maybe I'm doing something wrong) I can't find a "richardj" within this Forum... Can you provide a webSite link or alternative contact method?
